Pros

- Great Training, almost too much. - Nice People - Good work life balance - Treat employees well - Management is very competent - Promote accomplishment of CPA and provide support for tests along with passing bonuses.

Cons

- Overhired, thus advancement opportunities have slowed - Do not reward employees for achievements - Starting pay is good, but after that below average, better off heading too a different CPA firm. - CPA program could use improvement, pay for materials and passing bonus, if you pass test first time ($250) if not you get nothing. - Tend to reward outside hires (from Big 4) more than people who started within the firm
