Turnover like crazy, even GMs and Managers

      Pros

Money, but you pool your tips and you don’t really know if they are giving you all your tip share. They aren’t transparent

      Cons

In 6 months, we’ve had 2 GMS; 1 was fired, 1 quit on the spot, the AGM quit on the spot, and 2 managers quit. The original serving staff from Opening all quit within 5 months. Schedule comes out Sat afternoon for the very next day, Sunday to Sat shifts. They can’t keep a service bartender bc they don’t want to pay more than minimum wage. They are hiring just anyone with no experience. Your side work is at least 2 hours. They are the epitome of a corporate company where they don’t care about their employees. Don’t trust the tip outs, they won’t share with you your exact pay.

      Cons

can't think of any so far, not making millions a day?

      Pros

Money is good when you actually get a good section, working private parties is easy money and you can leave early when you actually get assigned one.

      Cons

They pretty much demand you work 46 hours a week, the side work is absolutely ridiculous, certain managers put females above everyone else even if they’re terrible servers ( for the reasons you’d imagine )It’s literally impossible to get a shift picked up, so count on working 6 shifts a week because it’s a mandatory Friday double 9am- 12:30pm and if you’re lucky you get a 30 minute break. ( Friday morning shift is literally hell ). On top of your side work and back of house work a server on the dine in side rarely gets out before 11 even though you haven’t got sat since 8:30-9. I quit over 2 months ago and never looked back!
