    Pros

Learning curve and competitive team are the best things here I could say. I joined as a fresher and enjoyed every bit of my tenure here.

I have been working at Persistent Systems (India) full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Among the better IT Service type companies in India and a decent option for freshers fresh out of college. The exposure and learning you'll experience really depends upon the project you'll be allotted to though.
Very less bench period. At a max you'll only spend a month or two at the 'bench'

    Cons

Standard cons of any IT service company. Work life balance sucks in some of the teams. Sometimes there's too much micromanagement
