    Really very good company to learn and work. Nice work environment, good food and Nice people.

    Cons

    The appraisal and promotion policies are tedious. Do not expect good CTC. Very less onsite

    Please improve appraisal and promotion structure.

    Pros

    1. Good training facilities for freshers.
    2. Career depends on the first project.
    3. Leadership opportunities (Big Heirarchy structure).
    4. Good food/GYM. You will really miss the food when you get out of this company.
    5. If you are lucky, you will get good leads or else you are screwed.

    Cons

    1. Not good Managers, Favouritism, Regionalism are part of the system. It is hard to find a nuetral manager in PSL.
    2. You might go Under the RADAR.

    Advice to Management

    Reduce favouritism, I understand this comes with the job. you want to keep people's trust and build the team, but you also have to give other people a chance.
