    Pros

People are really good to work with.

    Cons

In Persistent US, there is no job security even for full time employees. As long as you are in a client project and billable you are safe. The resource allocation team doesn't even try to find you a project matching your skillset.

    Pros

    I cannot think of any...

    Cons

Decisions are made in India without regard to US differences or culture. Top-down driven (it is an affront to challenge managers). Focused on profit margin (not people).

    Advice to Management

Need to adjust to US cultures and norms - cannot expect everyone to work like a drone who does not question the commands of superiors.
