    Pros

    Excellent benefits, excellent work-life balance, good pay for what I was doing.

    Cons

    Contracts are signed annually or biannually and there's a lot of competition between contracting companies. There's almost no way to make a career at Persistent unless you are management level.

    1) Good food, if you are a pure vegetarian. 2) Good projects for freshers. 3) Well-known company in Maharastra. So, if you happen work in Pune/Nagpur, you can enjoy the region-based benefits. 4) Nice top-level management.

    Cons

    1) Poor work culture. No clear roadmaps, but lots of hypes. 2) Competent lower and higher hierarchy workers but incompetent middle level management. It sucks you know. 3) Just forget about abroad dreams or opportunities if any. 4) Mostly maintenance projects. Good ones are a few, lucky if you get into one. 5) Bleak future prospects for experienced folks. 6) A religious-oriented organization. Usage of some colors,...
