    Pros

    Great CEO. Good direction, strategy and thinking in place. Execution has been an ongoing challenge. Very good HR unit in this company

    Cons

    Too much reliance on ISVs. Enterprise clientele is weak barring BFSI where they have been able to build some credibility

    For a fresher, Persistent as a company will ensure that you're well versed with the new technologies that you'll be handling. But again it also depends on the project that you get.

    Cons

    Low salary and no good perks compared to industry standards.
    Unnecessary interviews even to get onto a project.

    I really like the work culture at Persistent. May be I was lucky to have good managers and colleagues. But overall it was a good experience!

    Not very good salary, Very less increment in terms of salary.

    Learning opportunities are good
    No cab facilities or gym and other facilities

    Cons

    Managers need to understand that mistakes are not always from developers side. Sometimes it is from management side also. Usually developers are blamed for anything and everything.

    Advice to Management

    Please select managers with good management skills and also who thinks developer as human being and not machines.
    Also please provide cab facilities and other facilities like gym.
