    Pros

    -Good opportunities -Nice work culture -Different events and activities are conducted to keep environment good -Good food (even though they deduct money from salary )

    Cons

    -No easy release from project -Pressure is high depending on project and manager -HR may not take immediate actions as per my experience even if you are right in any scenario

      Flexible working hours that accommodate family committments

      Low quality and unfairly low compensation (especially for those brought from Pune offices) Good design is not prioritized Very little investment in community/team culture
