I have been working at Persistent Systems (India) full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Broad exposure to interesting technologies; good vendor ecosystem (for now)

    Cons

Exclusive cliques; lightweight, figurehead managers; lack of understanding of acceptable social norms; questionable ethics

    Advice to Management

Quit trying to act non-discriminatory, go private, and just go all-in as Indian firm (no more feeling guilty for not asking if employees would rather something other than Indian cuisine or speaking non-English)
