I worked at Persistent Systems (India) full-time

    Pros

Good place for engineers to work at as they focus on technology. Pockets of good people that work as a team and value your view.

    Cons

Executive management does not listen to their employees or their customers, only interested in their "view". They do not pay well and make it next to impossible to get your bonus money.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees, there is a reason why so many good people have left in the last 18 months and why you have lost so many customers.
