    Pros

For a fresher, Persistent as a company will ensure that you're well versed with the new technologies that you'll be handling. But again it also depends on the project that you get.

    Cons

Low salary and no good perks compared to industry standards. Unnecessary interviews even to get onto a project.

I worked at Persistent Systems (India) full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Ability to work directly with the CEO

    Cons

Too much emphasis on higher education for advancement. The admins and support staff don't get the respect they deserve. They are looked at as a luxury and overhead instead of an asset.

    Advice to Management

Don't take so long to make decisions. Too much red tape. Need more communication and transparency among the teams.

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Persistent Systems (India) full-time for more than a year

    Pros

People are really good to work with.

    Cons

In Persistent US, there is no job security even for full time employees. As long as you are in a client project and billable you are safe. The resource allocation team doesn't even try to find you a project matching your skillset.
