    Employee friendly policies, work life balance, good management and wide variety of technologies to work

    Cons

    Middle management is pathetic, groupism, biased culture, non professional atmosphere, processes are not present at all, work culture suits specific group of people, growth is not based on knowledge but based on your relationship with middle management

    Change the middle management layer, un-professional atmosphere and increase cultural diversity

    Pros

    Good Development Projects were one can enhance Technical capabilities. Employee Friendly HR policies Excellent Quality of Engineers in the organisation Free Food in Canteens Flexible timings and offices at convenient locations in Pune

    Cons

    No worklife balance (Project Estimates are very Cramped up). Undertakes Projects even from Startups having lesser budget resulting in improbable deadlines. Lesser Onsite Oppurtunities.

    Do not over rely on Oldies allow New talent to Voice their opinion

    WFH. Location of offices. Has nice Buildings :-)

    Cons

    Egoistic people work here, if you are one of the managers fav then you can grow else you cannot Company does not have good projects, they have only few short term projects. Policies are not pro employee. Policy are updated as per need of upper management.. Though WFH is there manager will eat your brain and make your life miserable when you plan to WFH. They dont even give basic stationary like book, Feels like Admin...

    Advice to Management

    Change the attitude of ppl till DH and Account Manager Level, Bring more business so that attrition will be less. Your core strengths are the employees who work @ 7.1 and below and the technical people. Reduce HR and Recruitment team who are just adding cost to your company. Dont waste the IIT talents.

    The projects are short lived and since, its outsourced product development majority of control remains with the client in terms of design & architecture. For senior, especially Architects, there isn't much scope to do anything.     Ensure that the employee does the work which matches as per his designation and job description.Also develop other revenue streams such as in consulting and application development. Strengthen sales to win larger accounts and deals.

    Technical challenging company. I really do not have any good words

    Cons

    1. Time- person needs to be in premises for 40 hours minimum. Now they have come up with effective hours 2. Too many processes. Company focuses on processes more than work 3. For client calls you do need to register with reception and reception person calls back 4. Food is complimentary and adds up in CTC, More over food is worst 5. There is software Emme.     Technology focus.However these days no focus

    Cons

    Confused company. No proper direction. Growth at Pune location stagnant. QA is not in company DNA. QA stream is trivialized.
