Pros
Nothing at this point. Probably never be a benefit. Stressful place to work and staff have no respect for each other.
Cons
Dont even waste your time. None of the employees want to be there. Aura is horrible. Most the people there have limited or no experience in plant support Two hours to change a roller. Pay sucks. Dont even bother. Team leads are clicked and lazy.

"Kind to employees but growth opportunities are reserved for family members."
I worked at Pete Lien & Sons
Pros
They were kind to me when I worked there, even though I didn't really fit into their culture.
Cons
There was nowhere for me to go growth-wise, and when a family member needed a job, I lost mine.
