    Great pay but that's about it.

    Very little PTO, work can be very difficult if you get unlucky enough to get in axles or frames.

    very good pay and benefits clean environment, you only have to work overtime on volunteer basis

    it isnt a performance based company

    graduation of Vacation should have a higher top level and change at 5 year increments.

    Great people who were always more than willing to help, Good level of autonomy to work on your own, plenty of opportunity to do what you want with your career

    Pros

    This company has taken care of me for the time that i have been there. The pay rate is good here.

    Cons

    I dislike that the company stongly recommend you complete all of the training you need to complete to become certified. But once you become eligable to go to school to get certified. The processe on going to school slows down.
