    Pros

    It has an excellent management train, composed of highly experienced manager in the oil industry. Also is an excellent place to work and gain professional experience.

    Cons

    In order to keep growing need greater reserves and oil production outside Colombia

    To work in a multidisciplinary team delivering the best E&P solutions

    Cons

    Most of the decision makers had no technical background so paramount decisions were just based on financial parameters leading to bankruptcy

    Advice to Management

    shall include and weigh technical parameters when dealing with paramount and long-term decisions

    The environment was good, the company cared about its employees

    Cons

    The salaries in the industry were higher than other industries, so once you are out of it, you'll probably have to take a job with a lower salary

    Pros

    It allows you to grow and show what you know, in a good time efforts to maintain a good working environment. If you are a pro-active person this is a good place to develop your potential.

    Cons

    In difficult times is optimized by reducing employee benefits. Performance evaluations are not 360 which does not allow the employee to validate the management of their head, which leaves room for individual injustices, which is detrimental to the working environment.

    Advice to Management

    The desire to advance income does not allow sufficient maturity investment portfolio, which can lead to not spot decisions. Also generates rework and iterative processes wearing teams without a clear north.

    the company is beging fully developing to find a better performance in the oil industry where the employees can grow in all aspects of business and personal

    Good Benefits, good experience in a company that have de 25% of the total oil in Colombia

    Cons

    There are a lot chief, sometimes the salary is not concordant with the experience.

    Los empleados directos tienen un muy Buen sueldo y muy buenos beneficios especialmente la cobertura médica. (No aplica para contratistas)

    Cons

    Se vive en La cultura del todo se vale inclusive sin ética y rayando lo ilegal.
    Calidad humana inexistente
    Cultura "traqueta"
