    Cons

In difficult times is optimized by reducing employee benefits. Performance evaluations are not 360 which does not allow the employee to validate the management of their head, which leaves room for individual injustices, which is detrimental to the working environment.

    Advice to Management

The desire to advance income does not allow sufficient maturity investment portfolio, which can lead to not spot decisions. Also generates rework and iterative processes wearing teams without a clear north.
