    Cons

Divestment led to the closing operational assets at the Gulf of Mexico.

I worked at Petrobras full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Advice to Management

Hire competent local people who are not biased in their decisions, and who know how to do their jobs according to local laws and regulations. Apply your policies equally, treat everyone the same, investigate problems, listen to employees, take complaints seriously, fire people who just occupy space without adding value.
