    Work-life balance, stability, good (but not great) salary

    Cons

    Huge company with lots of burocracy. IT (Information Technology) does not drive the business, it's more like a service department. Benefits are better for those who are married and have children.

    Pros

    Petrobras have many pros, like:
    Newest tecnologics.
    A great work enviroment.
    Qualified profissionals.
    And salarys in the average.

    Cons

    For own professionals, no have chance to growing in carrer, because no have a incentive program for up the career.
    If you enter like a telecommunication technician and have a engineer diploma, you go die a telecommunication technician. No chance to change career. Only make a new public contest.
    For contract professional, you have a chance to change, if manages like you.

    Advice to Management

    In general the manages are good, but various are incompetent, no have a minimal needed experience.
