I have been working at Petrobras full-time

    Pros

Salary is the only thing that holds a software development employee today.

    Cons

I've been working for over 10 years.
Because almost all software development has been outsourced and the developer is required to work as a project manager.
Company extremely directed to one side of Brazilian politics, so if you think differently, you are persecuted.
    People quite intransigent.
    Technology Area overly bureaucratic information.

    Advice to Management

When you think about economics, you also think about quality.
