    Negative Outlook

I worked at Petrofac full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Decent pay and benefits; 4 weeks of vacation time.

    Cons

Management watches employees so closely one is tempted to ask for a hall pass to visit the bathroom. Getting a good assignment is a very political business and management plays favorites. The working environment is extremely negative and demoralizing.

    Advice to Management

Americans may not have the "right" accent; however, that is not a good reason to favor employees originally from the UK. Work on treating the employees as real people; they have good input when asked.
