The greatest benefits package I have ever heard of.

Too many egos and no one at the top is willing to make decisions that don't please everyone.

    Advice to Management

Not too good about talking to individuals when late, or not at work in a hibitual manner.

I worked at Petrohawk Energy full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good work and good pay. Clear communication of needs. Well funded to see projects though rough spots (long abstracts or heavily blemished title).

    Cons

Towards the end of the Haynesville cycle, PH required alot of extra (read: free) hours and tighter deadlines. Normal, of course, but still caused a lot of stress.

    Advice to Management

Keep everyone a little more informed on expected time frame.
