    Pros

    Manager is very good and fair. Close to field operations at all times. Great bonus in decembers

    Cons

    Low on salary compensation. not cash positive

    Cons

    Morale dropped drastically after company was acquired by a larger corporation.

    Offer training and educational resources to employees that wish to continue education of learn new skills to advance in their careers.

    Pros

    Great comfortable atmosphere, everyone did what they did best, did what they had to do, did it right and did it fast. Didn't have to go thru multiple committees to get things done. Great Pay, great benefits.

    Cons

    We knew someday someone would purchase us, and they did.

    The greatest benefits package I have ever heard of.

    Too many egos and no one at the top is willing to make decisions that don't please everyone.

    There are a lot of hard workers who don't get fair recognition.

    Great people!!! Expect you to work hard and be in on time. Bonus is great!!!

    Not too good about talking to individuals when late, or not at work in a hibitual manner.

    Talk/listen to your department and don't have non-managment persons make management decisions.
