    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Good relationsship among employers and good salary

    Cons

In every company is something wrong, communication can always be better.
Sometimes to quick decissions which lead to increasing of project budgets

    Advice to Management

Do not look over a couple refineries, but dig deeper in the smallest one and you find a lott off opportunities. Example talk to the terminal manager( which you never did) Long term planning can be better. Year-Budgetting not realistic, by decreasing the budget you can create unsafe situations.
