I worked at Peyton Resource Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Peyton pays better than some of the other agencies

    Cons

Communication is not good and like other agencies is mostly concerned with "filling" openings instead of trying to find a good fit for the employee.

    Advice to Management

Better communication with employees and make an effort to find better "fit" opportunities for employees.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Pay and opportunity as well as culture and client relationship.

    Cons

    Going from contractor to full-time

    Advice to Management

Consider the experience that someone brings to the table and not just what you want to fit them into.

I worked at Peyton Resource Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

-Most coworkers were great to work with!
-Fun environment at times (one Friday a month?)
-Good commission structure for sales team (NOT recruiters)
-Might be an OK place to gain industry experience directly out of college before moving on to greener pastures

    Cons

-No real leadership or career path direction
    -High Turnover!!!
-Very difficult management style/preferential treatment towards some employees
-Salary for all employees extremely low for industry
-Small company promises opportunity and growth, but that is just something that people choose to believe, not reality
-No training/ no consistent structure/ and people are not held accountable

    Advice to Management

-Need to find a way to motivate employees/keep them from leaving so there are more tenured staff to assist new staff

I have been working at Peyton Resource Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Strategic vision, ambition for growth, empowerment to own a project or service.

For the right people(motivated, ability to adapt, intuitive), you will receive the opportunity you deserve. PRG will help you develop your strengths and become a part of something bigger than just PRG.

    Cons

PRG will reward those that are driven to succeed. If you need a constant hand to hold or colleague to vent with, PRG may not be the place for you. If you are too comfortable in your lifestyle/way of doing things, PRG will challenge you to get uncomfortable so that you can grow.

    Advice to Management

Continue to evaulate your staff and processes in an effort to constantly evolve and adapt to the customer environment. You are on the right track and now have the right pieces in place.
