I have been working at Phacil, Inc. full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

10 Paid Holiday Plus PTO, 401k match, $3,000 education reimbursement, company stock for retirement,

    Cons

Every single change to medical insurance two a more expensive with more out-of-pocket cost and less coverage

    Advice to Management

Keep hiring great team leads and middle management. For the first year with the company the PM was a joke and it was reflected in the PMR's. Good leaders produce great performers and customer satisfaction.

    Pros

The people at Phacil really care about their employees. Nice office environment lots of benefits.

    Cons

Even though I have no problem with my salary and I was paid a fair market value for my experience. Other employees have complained about pay.

I worked at Phacil, Inc. full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Honestly, I really cannot offer any meaningful Pros.

    Cons

Everything about my experience with this company was ultimately a disappointment. They are a master at the bait and switch, both in their procurement practices as well as employee relations.
They drastically underbid on any contract they can, regardless of how well they understand what it entails, or their ability to fulfill. Once procured, they poach only the barest of required SME's from the previous vendor, and then do everything they can to maximize their profit while shorting both employees and customers, all while at best being barely able to deliver on their contract. They churn through employees, they protect incompetent managers, and push the boundaries of ethics as close to the edge as they can. They have a culture of petty cronyism, incompetent project management, and less-than-truthful communication with employees.
We've all worked at places that we loved, and places that we loath, but never have I been at a place where I felt so unclean as to be a part of their 'culture'.

    Advice to Management

You know those 'Ethics' classes you force your employees through? You may want to take them yourselves.

I worked at Phacil, Inc. full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    None that I would share.

    Cons

Tons of in fighting between the different teams and trying to get help from them is difficult at times. The recruiters try to paint a different picture of the job but its nothing more the a glorified call center help desk. The hiring process takes months to start.

    Advice to Management

The Incident Coordination lead will lie to the workers and do anything to throw them under a bus.

    Cons

Working as a sub on a contract run by a small business prime is often difficult.

I have been working at Phacil, Inc. full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

In spite of what some of the employees at contracts are saying IE: Chandler, DHS which is ending and some employees are disgruntled, the company is a great company and I find the opposite with senior management and executive. They are very hands on and care about employees.

    Cons

Yes a lot is expected, but that is because we are a growing company. Perks we used to have were stopped to cut costs IE: snacks, summer lunches, bonuses, etc...

    Advice to Management

Keep being proactive and seek employee feedback and input. Listen to what employees are suggesting.
