I have been working at Phaidon International full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Phaidon's newest office - so a lot of growth potential. Continuous expansion meaning fast track to management Great culture with good incentives - work hard play hard environment Good access to senior management - hands on Work environment - driven and ambitious people to work alongside Having worked in London, NYC and now Chicago - given me good insight into how to grow office. Journey has been an excellent... one, with opportunity for people who join to do the same.

    Cons

Due to a new office - extra hours needed - will be beneficial once the first year is complete.

    Advice to Management

Keep focussing on everyone whether junior or senior.

Everybody pushes each other to succeed and everybody at all levels helps each other learn and develop themselves. Great training with 12 week training programme and 1 year mentoring programme for trainees and quarterly training sessions for all managers of the business

    Cons

It can be stressful but so can all Recruitment agencies

I have been working at Phaidon International full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

High standards, lots of great biller's, working with high performers. Grounded culture, flat structure, management are hands-on and involved. Lucrative & transparent/formulaic monthly commission structure. Superb internal platform - major internal investment in all the latest tools, proprietary technology, in house marketing & training etc. Culture of celebrating success openly and being proud of it,... encourage ambition & challenging the management/open communication.

    Cons

High performance environment within which, sadly, not everyone is capable of succeeding. While intentional & standards are a priority, it still doesn't reduce the sting of failing to make someone great. Work life balance needs to be thought through - this is a place for high performing people with urgent and ambitious aspirations. However, the company is understanding to people's personal situations, and... empathetic with personal goals/aware that often matters need to be taken care of outside of work, in order to perform within it.

    Advice to Management

Never compromise high standards, never accept average. This is what has brought the huge revenue growth to date. Keep up the investment in internal training and personal development.
