I have been working at Phaidon International full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

There is few if any roles out there where by 26 Years of age you can earn the money you can earn here and get given the responsibility you can. 5 Years in the business and I have a team of 15+ with a view to grow this to double

    Cons

Naturally long hours which means you may have to sacrifice other commitments, but that's part and parcel of recruitment.

I have been working at Phaidon International full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Great working environment - Amazing commission structure for hard-working consultants - Great training throughout your career - A hugely ambitious company that continues to grow year on year

    Cons

The first 6 months as a graduate are always difficult but you have to be prepared for that when you join. Being on the ground floor of an office block in London in never the greatest feeling as it always seems a bit dark, especially in the winter, but that is meant to be changing soon. Hours are long but that is part of working in the City of London so it shouldn't really come as a surprise to anyone who joins the company

I have been working at Phaidon International

    Pros

In Zurich, there is definately a philosophy to make sure everyone enjoys their days and the success of work comes as a result. Skiing every weekend in the winter Lounging in the sun during the hot months (consistently +30C). Swimming at lunch in the lake/river. Family feel to the office, as everyone treats one another with respect like a family member. Incentives tailored just for the Swiss office. A lot of opportunity to grow internally and then move abroad or to London at a certain level. Candidate and client appreication in Switzerland is really good and we often meet them in bars etc.

    Cons

Cost of living (Food, both in restaurants and supermarkets) - you are rewarded to compensate though.
