Unprofessional behavior of management made it unpleasant to work there.
Easy to get a job with them, extremely high turnover means that there is always an opening, some very competent people as consultants, they are good at placing consultants quickly. Good opportunity to meet hiring managers at the work site. Field management outside of the home office is extremely talented and supportive.
Owner is more concerned with collecting a paycheck than running a business. Company support (IT specifically) is virtually non existant. Management does not pursue win-win, but is only concerned with their side of the equation.
Advice to Management
Pay attention to the turnover in your office. It is high for a reason. If you don't look for ways to give a bit more than the minimum to your consultants and staff, then they will just stay until another opportunity comes along.
