    Pros

Excellent benefits package, even the insurance company said they didn't know of a company that offered better benefits. The pay is excellent and everyone here has an opportunity to grow within the company. Little things like providing cake each month for employee birthdays, quarterly potlucks and the annual christmas party really help everyone to get to know eachother and have fun. Most of the people who work here have been here for many years, giving it a family feel.

    Cons

There are not any cons that I can think of! As with any job, some days are stressful and others are a lot of fun. Overall, working here doesn't really seem like a job.
