    Pros

Management pays low so that when there is quotas to be made the “employees are hungry” is what I was told.

    Advice to Management

Treat all people right, not just the ones that are in your little group of friends.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Pharmaceutics International full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

New management trying to fix things. Good job by the new COO.

    Cons

Very low salaries through out the company. No promotion policy. Favoritism by senior management. No proper quality system in place. Not many are knowledgeable.

    Advice to Management

The CEO should start taking care of the employees at least from now. There are many hard working employees (at the bottom of the chain) in the company who are still waiting for appreciation and recognition in some form after all these years and are still loyal to the company.

I worked at Pharmaceutics International full-time

    Pros

Some fine and dedicated people work there. It was ok for an in between job. I worked there for a total of a year and a half. Thought there may have been some potential but was wrong.

    Cons

Unfortunately, it seems the company has taken a nose dive. Rumors are swirling of the possibility of closing by the end of this year. If you are fresh out of college or pursuing a career in this industry, do not come here. There are many other good pharma companies that are available and pay better as well as growth and potential.

    Advice to Management

Be transparent! Stop surprising people when lay offs. Give them notice.
