    Pros

    Great benefits; high volume of files with potential to learn

    Cons

    Poor management; silos between departments; no processes in place; very high turnover makes work impossible to accomplish

    The Cafeteria has good coffee on the most part

    Cons

    You are a just a number there, horrible management, no long-term employees cause it costs the company too much money, they would rather go with younger, cheaper and inexperienced labor. Good luck!

    I have been working at Pharmascience full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Everyone's opinion is taken into account within their expertise. The executive management ask the staff to provide their expert advise before taking major decisions. The management gathers every employee two or three times a year to provide visibility on how we are doing and what the focus should be in the next months. Continuous training is encouraged. Comfortable amenities Gym on site

    Cons

    Weak on training for the Administrative positions Lack of synchronization as well as silo working may be major obstacles.

    Nice place to work, must of the managers have a positive approach. A good place to learn and acquire experience. Multicultural environment. Flexible schedule Concurrential social benefits

    Cons

    Lack on resources gets into very high workcharge. High staff rotation due to Often layoffs You are always in a rush and fixing emergencies

    Great place to grow your career. There are so many interesting business opportunities that everyone can take advantage of if you are curious and not afraid of challenges.

    - Summer hours for most of the year (8 months) - Some amazing coworkers

    Cons

    - Upper Management does not try to understand what their teams are working on and only presses for results - Company does nothing to retain good employees - Low accountability in work from several teams - No HR or career development support
