    Cons

    Attending high risk deliveries in the middle of the night during snowstorms

    Advice to Management

    Get a neonatologist for high risk deliveries

    Management isnt as good as it could be. They won't sign us off for things right away.

    Pros

    Some of the employees were great to work with.

    Cons

    Being timed & graded was very childish when someone is learning new system & being trained. Environment was loud, hard to concentrate & focus when employees are always talking all day.

    Advice to Management

    Control the work environment so new employees can learn at their own pace & not be timed or graded by trainer.

    Pros

    PCRMC has an encouraging environment. Employees come together to support the common goal of taking excellent care of patients and families. The leadership team is talented and works with integrity. Professional development is encouraged and supported. A great place to work.

    Cons

    If someone prefers an urban environment, PCRMC is approx 90 miles from major cities. Rapid growth cycles experienced sometimes taxes labor resources.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to lead with integrity and vision keeping sight of the very worthwhile purpose of our business to positively impact healthcare in our community
