    Pros

    Small town, people are friendly, good place to work, hospital is a good place to work, only hospital in surrounding area

    Cons

    No weekend program, pay isn't as good as I would like, small town, smaller hospital with not a wide variety of specialties

    Management isnt as good as it could be. They won't sign us off for things right away.

    7 weeks PDO, good CME $, Treated well by Admin

    Cons

    Attending high risk deliveries in the middle of the night during snowstorms

    Advice to Management

    Get a neonatologist for high risk deliveries

    Pros

    Some of the employees were great to work with.

    Cons

    Being timed & graded was very childish when someone is learning new system & being trained. Environment was loud, hard to concentrate & focus when employees are always talking all day.

    Advice to Management

    Control the work environment so new employees can learn at their own pace & not be timed or graded by trainer.
