    Approves of CEO

I worked at Philadelphia Gas Works as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone is friendly, training is in house, plant working conditions are safe and everything is done as cautious as possible. They promote health by offering discounted fitbits and even have their own gym. Overall great experience

    Cons

There weren't any cons in my opinion. I was there as an engineering intern and if I was offered a full time position I would gladly take it over any other job.

PGW offers a great family atmosphere that has various opportunities for advancement. The benefits are industry leading as well.

    Cons

Many of the older employees have a low moral and trouble accepting that PGW has evolved and modernizing.

    Advice to Management

Do a better job of explaining the need to modernize and why the company has taken the initiatives it has.
