    Pros

A great team environment growing at an incredible rate; highest quality product; high level of competency among Attorneys and Staff alike. There are not many small businesses that provide the opportunity to learn and grow these days, but Philip C. Mani & Associates, P.C. does just that.

    Cons

North 281 traffic can be a bit hectic; but one gets used to it.

    Advice to Management

Continue to expect only the best performance from each employee in order to maintain the highest quality of your product. Never lower your standard on high quality - both in people and in product.

    Pros

Great opportunity for growth if you have the skill set and a hard work ethic. My co-workers are so willing to pitch in and help when things get busy.

    Cons

North 281 traffic can test your nerves

    Advice to Management

Continue to hire only individuals who give 110% because a team is only as strong as its weakest link.
