    The management gives you opportunities to try different tasks, reporting supervisor is good in terms of giving guidance. Work life balance.

    Cons

    Limited room and resources for creativity.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to what the employees say, and don't be too fixated by their own beliefs sometimes. Salary increment could be better to retain talents.

    Pros

    Management, staff at back office are very friendly and knowledgeable, patient. Very easy to get along with and you'll feel happy there.

    Cons

    Pay is really uncompetitive. 1 person does 3 people's jobs.

    Advice to Management

    Value your stuff, pay them well before they leave and transfer their skills elsewhere.
