I have been working at Phillips Edison & Company full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Travel opportunities, retreats, and meeting new and interesting people. I do get pleasure helping the tenants get things done that needs our attention. I have some great vendors working for me.

    Cons

Dealing with the "good old boy" attitude. Unnecessary meetings that just end up with everyone drinking and the men trying to pick up the women employees. Tired of the gossip that goes around. Slow/no responses to requests. Having to handle issues with properties that are not even mine.

I worked at Phillips Edison & Company for more than 3 years

    Pros

None come to mind other than the annual meeting.

    Cons

Good ol' boy system. Nepotism, If an employee is not good at their position and the execs like that employee, they will create a new position for them. No training. No leadership. Think very highly of themselves and have this arrogance about them, especially the guys in leasing. Yeah, good job signing another nail salon, LOL. Get some national tenants and we will give you praise, until then.......... If I could give Senior Management a score of zero, I would.

I worked at Phillips Edison & Company full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Annual meeting and retreats, travel opportunities, focus on corporate culture.

    Cons

High turnover, lack of accountability for remote employees. Some managers do not appreciate work done by others. Slow corporate policy/procedures for internal requests as is common with larger companies.
