    Pros

Large company with all of the usual benefits. Good product line to work with. Good training and documentation. Overall a nice place to work.

    Cons

Instability. Never know when initiatives will change and jobs removed. Though there is a good separation package for reductions. Management communication could be better.

    Advice to Management

Improve communication with your employees. Let them know of changes, and what is needed. Very little communication other than assignments.
