I worked at Phillips International full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Working for Philips International has been the best working experience for me. I have made a lot of great friends and worked on some major projects. The management is very supportive and is eager to help you with any questions you have. Their approach towards employees has been outstanding. I would really recommend them as a great employer

    Cons

Sometimes I had to do overtime due to the scale of projects I was working on, but the end result was so rewarding that it didn’t bother me at all

    Advice to Management

As I mentioned the management was very helpful and approachable so I would only recommend for them to continue in that fashion.

    Pros

Large company with all of the usual benefits. Good product line to work with. Good training and documentation. Overall a nice place to work.

    Cons

Instability. Never know when initiatives will change and jobs removed. Though there is a good separation package for reductions. Management communication could be better.

    Advice to Management

Improve communication with your employees. Let them know of changes, and what is needed. Very little communication other than assignments.
