    Pros

Corporate staff is very flexible and work hours, just need to coordinate in advance. Top of the line equipment and software. The company doesn’t mind to provide their employees with the best equipment and software available. Comparable benefits package and pay.

    Cons

Management is very personal opinion based. Lack of clear guidance, such as defined policies and procedures.

Job is filled with negativity and people yelling. No one has any patience and the favoritism is insane!

    Pros

They have great benefits and give you time off whenever needed and 40 hours paid leave for Christmas.

    Cons

I worked in bowling green, fl. But, if you take off or are forced to take off, they ill give your equipment to someone else. Everybody is always yelling or insulting other people. Half of the supervisors have family that work under them so the favoritism is unparalleled.

Do not work here unless you like being taken advantage of and terrible communication

    Pros

    No pros of working here.

    Cons

Where to start.. P&J essentially lied to me about the job responsibilities. Took advantage of me because I was young. Had me move somewhere but then put me up in a hotel somewhere else for over a month. Absolutely no training at all. Working insane hours that was never mentioned in “job interview.” Literally working 6-6 Mon-Sat even if you have nothing to do... no communication between any of the bosses/managers. Very messy and unorganized. Boss was incredibly rude and unfriendly.
