    I have been working at PhotoHotel (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    -My medium Salaries 1300-1500€;
    -descovery of new places;
    - working with great people;
    - great that you are trained before working, even If have no experience;
    -the opportunity to make a career( after 3 years, next season i will be team leader)

    Cons

    In don't know about you, but when i wright a review, i look before what people say! It's normal to have different view, but in my opinion it's a great job, but its not easy! Working conditions are good, ussualy working in resort of 3*, 4*, even 5* and we are payed to work in them(the customers pay from 500€ to 1000€weekly), but what its moust important is not forget that we are not in holidays! Have to know to make the differrence!

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work

    I have been working at PhotoHotel full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Exploring a new country and culture, in my case Greece
    - Decent money (more that in my country) and fun job
    - Meeting new people, both clients and also the team from the hotel where I worked
    - I've learnt a lot before starting to work, and I had now ideea before on how to properly handle clients in order to have a good relation with them and also sell them products
    - The team si awesome, I'm speaking now about my colleague and also the whole team in Athens. We sometimes meet altogether and have nice parties.

    Cons

    - Very away from home, parents and old friends for a long period of time
    - Some days are different, but some of them fit into a routine
    - Sometimes, depending on my mood, I get pretty stressed about the target, even if there wasn't a time when I've not done it, and usually I did over the target
    - You can get pretty tired at times. At first I wanted to party a lot, but I've kept that for my free days. Partying and working the next day don't get well together :))

    Advice to Management

    - I like how you help us go trough difficult times and problems
    - Please give us more swag with the brand and logo :D
