    Pros

Working for PH means you will have a free ticket to a new exotic place, free accommodation, free food and free training. All you need is your personal wish to work, to travel, to discover, to experiment and to earn some good money. You'll improve for sure your communication skills, you'll have some fun, you'll discover new places and more about yourself. The time will fly.

    Cons

Sometimes one day off is not enough. There is the risk to fell the routine, so you have to enjoy your free time, but also to get some rest. You have to keep your motivation up, but the manager or the team leader will be there for you.

    Advice to Management

Congratulations for always listening to us and always trying to do the best.

I have been working at PhotoHotel full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I was working at photohotel for 7 months (full season), I can say it was the best experience of my life, because I learn about how to talk with people, how to make a professional picture, I improve my english, I earn good money, I was meting people from all around the world. They give to me a lot of benefits like free food from 5 stars hotel for 3 time's per day, free accommodation for all season, exotic location. In finally is a good experience, all you need is to try and desire. :)

    Cons

Not everything is perfect, of course exist cons, for me it was difficult with the hot weather ( sometimes), not a good disposition everytime and is stressful sometimes.

One of the main reason why i decided to work at Photohotel is insights that gives the company.Another very nice thing that was a PRO for me was a warm weather and exotic countries.Besides this the insured salary was 700 Euro plus accommodation and food too.
You work with a lot of foreign nice people from which you can get a lot of experience.
I work in photohotel from 2013 and i started like a photographer and like i said company gives you very good insights, NOW i am Team-Leader already for 2 years.

    Cons

-you need to speak with a lot of people daily and sometimes they are not very friendly but only your attitude can change this situation
-in the middle of the summer is very very hot :)
    - 7 months far away from your house can be a challenge

    Advice to Management

Try to adapt to each individual worker!!!

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at PhotoHotel full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I was given the chance to work in this company at a time when I did not know what to do with my life. Well, I'm very glad that I didn't miss this opportunity! It was one of the best experience of my life, both personal and professional! Personal, because I have exceeded my limits, I have learned to work with people (we all know it's not easy), to impose my point of view and most importantly to understand their needs, to listen to them, to have patience. I met all sorts of people, some of them changed my life, others are still part of my life.
Professionally, I learned two foreign languages, French with pre-training in the company's courses and after, practicing in the hotel and Spanish, because I worked two seasons in Mallorca. I learned to work in a team, under stress, I learned to sell my work!
Its a job with ups and downs. I had moments when I wanted to quit, but team leaders were there all the time to help. Even when I had health problems, they drove me to the doctor!

    Cons

    1. One day off it is not enough! All I wanted to do in my day off it was to rest. But I couldn't! Because of course, you want to visit something, enjoying your day, also you want to clean your house and maybe finally to cook something Romanian!
    2. Sometimes I needed a bit more privacy and personal life.
