I worked at Photon Infotech as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Big Clients, lot to learn, good salary payer

    Cons

Worst employee satisfaction, worst HR, to much ambiguity in process, let focus in creating great products more about making money, quality is compromised my timing, disrespects employees and contractors all the time, extremely reluctant about paying the vendors and contractors, does not keep promises made to make someone join, overall very cheap mentality. But hey, that's how they make their billions. The offshore teams works like sweatshops. The foreigners miss-behave with the subordinates all the time.

    Advice to Management

Take better care of your worker bees before someone decides to sue.
