I have been working at Physiotherapy Associates full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Wonderful peers and direct supervisors; flexible schedule; decent work/life balance.

    Cons

Pay is below area average and well below area market value for level of experience; Not much room for advancement (anymore) for non-clinical staff.

    Advice to Management

The company should be more willing to pay a person's worth. The team players that are experienced, always more than willing to do more than their fair share to ensure that things run smoothly, and look after the interests of the company and it's clientele should not be left to feel taken advantage of.
