    Pros

The people are good and the hours are good. The management does a good job in working with busy schedules

    Cons

The wages could be higher and upper management communication from a corporate level could be better especially when they have a problem.

    Advice to Management

Talk to the workers about what they are doing wrong instead of going to the district managers and having them discipline us

    Pros

The upper management and owner are genuinly caring. It felt like family. Benefits were very good with a consistent bonus and annual raises.

When there are coupons out it can get crazy crazy busy.

Keep doing what you are doing by uplifting your staff and not tearing them down, it means a lot.

    Pros

They provide competitive pay, overtime hours and are a great place to grow your skills

Long days and cooking usually required. Must be able to have flexibility in your own schedule. Not a management position where you can sit in your office

I worked at Pick Up Stix part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The other employees were nice and the customers didn't usually give us any problems, despite the amount of traffic. I worked nights and received free food after every shift.

    Cons

I was pregnant at the time of employment and there was no air conditioning. It wasn't that particular restaurant's fault and the manager felt really bad. Working next to a hot wok while pregnant in Cali is unacceptable.

    Advice to Management

I think you should have two chefs working at once so that they can take turns. I can't even imagine working an 8 hour shift with a 15 minute break standing over that wok all day, every day. Other than that, keep it up. You're doing just fine.
