    Cons

    Upper management is horrible. No one listens to you. Upper management would be more respectable if they actually helped make your job easier. Help your team out!

    Some Flight benefits, nothing else

    Cons

    Schedule sucks, mandatory overtime. No such thing as part time, work 6 days in a row and no time to use travel benefits. Pay is horrible and not worth the pressure you are under. Management doesn’t care if you ask them

Team Member Feature: Dean Durbin's journey to the flight deck is anything but ordinary. He began his career in aviation as an airline maintenance technician both in the military and for commercial airlines. Following a furlough from his previous employer, he used the GI Bill to attend flight school. He would join Piedmont in 2019 and said this about becoming a First Officer, "Becoming a pilot is the best decision I’ve ever made, Having worked above and below the wing, I have an appreciation for both sides of the operation."
