    Pros

    Great atmosphere for a person who want to learn. Years of experience in culinary arts. several outlets to work in.

    Cons

    Sous Chefs tend to hang around too long. Advancement is slow. Not a good place to be complacent, but there are a lot of people that are.

    Pros

    Great Pay. Close to 40 hr each week. Causal Employees. Most members are extremely nice. Flexible with vacation and hours.

    Cons

    Working on the hottest days of summer.

    Advice to Management

    Two captains. Need to figure out how to please both. One can become easily angry.

    Highest salary per hour I received at any golf course. Tips. Guys were fun to work with. Free golf on Mondays.

    Job was extremely repetitive and redundant.

    Communicate better with the golf staff.
