    Very self Rewarding Career Serving Others

    Cons

    When someone gives Blood, Sweat and Tears; give them the benefit of the doubt. Several FTE's with 10+ yrs of tenure in Leadership terminated on hear say.

    Advice to Management

    Things are not always the way it seems. Piedmont please examine your HR Department.

    It’s a great place to work at. Great opportunities and benefits.

    Schedules. Not being able to see your family when you can/want. While the hospital needs you.

    Advice to Management

    I hope you hire me for this job recommendation. It’s a great opportunity for me to start getting hands on/experience that I am studying for.
