I have been working at Piedmont Healthcare full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Piedmont has many growth opportunities and great benefits. Great place to network and get lots of exposure.

    Cons

Sometimes is seems like the quantity of care versus the quality of care. Management in my department shows favoritism and does not advocate for hard workers. Large organization to get easily looked over.
