I have been working at Piedmont Healthcare full-time

    Pros

Good Benefits and PTO Cash outs

    Cons

Only 30 min Lunch breaks. Never know what time I'm going to be off of my Shift. Lots of work loads; overwhelming. Need to hire more people or Supervisors need to at least help out instead of telling us what to do and sit in their office all day doing nothing

    Advice to Management

More organization would be great & longer lunch breaks

I worked at Piedmont Healthcare full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great group of people, for the most part.

    Cons

Very retaliatory leadership in upper HR Leadership. Much corruption at the top of HR, which is unfortunate since the team overall is a great group. Way too much turnover within HR because of this.

    Advice to Management

Someone needs to look into the issues within HR and actually do something about it instead of turning a blind eye to what is going on, or eventually there WILL be a lawsuit. It's just a matter of time.
