I worked at Piedmont Healthcare full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I have worked in numerous hospitals, and there are not very many pros of working here. The management on my floor was great, but that can vary. We did have some outstanding staff.

    Cons

Understaffed, large workload, underpaid, unrealistic work expectations

    Advice to Management

Hire more staff. You’ll never be able to give great patient care until you do
