I have been working at Piedmont Healthcare full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I love working for the hospital but it just don't pay enough, I have to work to jobs just to pay my mortgage.

    Cons

Don't pay enough money if you are qualified for position when the cost of living in Stockbridge is very expensive. Other companies starting off $15.00 per hr and up.

    Advice to Management

If you raise pay your employees will stay

I worked at Piedmont Healthcare full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

offers free short term disability insurance. offers quarterly bonuses. I cant think of anything else that they have to offer.

    Cons

company stated, no job cuts until after first year of buyout. one week later, job cuts, pay would not be affected they said. 6 months after buyout, shift diff. cut in half for some people. previously accrued sick time would still be available. (yep, you see where this is going?

    Advice to Management

stop talking about this pie, and its different slices. stop using the word "promise" in you dialogue. This company obviously doesnt know the meaning of the word.
