      Best Hospital To Work For

      Pros

The pharmacists do not have much turnover. Technician turnover is bad, but it is like that everywhere. Lots of overtime available and easy to switch shifts. Management team is very respectful.

      Cons

Human Resources is very hard to get a hold of. Write-ups for tardiness are no joke.

      Cons

The pay could be more obviously. Same cons all healthcare workers are facing with covid.

      Pros

Pay, bonuses, CME allowances, and work life balance

      Cons

“Paid” holidays are paid from YOUR own PTO that you accrue. I’ve never seen something like this. If holidays are deducted from one’s PTO, offer more PTO. A healthcare system should provide women and men with actual paid maternity/paternity leave. Not STD and depleting PTO in order to receive a check after birthing a human.

      Pros

It’s so tough with covid, but we always pull thru together. It’s a great place to work— trust me, I’veseen what else is out there!

      Cons

attendance policy- I was written up for 3 absences over 6 months… there’s a global pandemic & when children get a cough or sniffles, you cannot send them into school until tested... they need to revise this policy while we’re in midst of a global pandemic
