Pros

Very hard to get fired

Cons

I will keep this short, sweet, and professional despite what I would rather say. From the non-competitive pay to the non-flexible work schedule (fully in office) to the bare minimum benefits to the unprofessional and uncomfortable work environment and management, there is quite a list of reasons to not work here. I briefly considered leaving a 2-star review just so readers don't just assume this is an unreliable perspective on working here, but I reconsidered that very quickly. No growth opportunities Non-competitive pay and schedule Dodgy and unreliable management Very little "relevant" experience for the field No acknowledgement No performance incentive Easy burnout Non-existent work culture Outdated technology My advice for current employees: Advocate for yourself and do not hesitate to leave.

Was not a fun time

Pros

The work is fairly easy and all equipment is supplied by the company. (Phone, laptop, truck when doing site visits, etc...)

Cons

The department was a mess. Some coworkers were nice but others were a pain and there was a lot of unprofessional behavior and conversations going on. Management gave very little guidance and often felt absent. Training was haphazard and not standardized. The pay is poor. Even if you make it to tech II. The work is not hard, but it is exhausting because you are doing mostly customer service work and paper work that becomes very repetitive.
