    Negative Outlook

I worked at Pillar Processing (Less than a year)

    Pros

There were a lot of employees that gave the place a good work environment. Around Halloween, the place would essentially shut down for the employees to transform their buildings into some theme, and compete with the other buildings. It was fun, but not work related.

    Cons

The training was poor, and turn over was so high that people were often over worked and stuck doing other people's jobs.

    Advice to Management

The management and HR were good for the most part. Team leaders should have been picked better, considering a how unprofessional some of them acted.

    Casual but professional

    Advice to Management

Reward subordinates for hard work or at least acknowledge you notice their work
Treat employees based on the level of their work, not the level of their pay
