      Pros

During a Catastrophe, you work up to 12 hrs / day, 7 days a week. So, with that amount of OT its good money. It is also a good opportunity to get started in this field with no experience.

      Cons

During a Catastrophe, you work up to 12 hrs / day, 7 days a week as need demands. Its a sink or swim kind of atmosphere and if hired due to a catastrophe, there isn't much time for training - you learn while handling the claims - which can be extremely stressful.

      Pros

Pilot will generally put you to work if you are available to work the demanding hours required for this job.

      Cons

You have to be able to work a solid 7 days a week for this company with no exceptions. Once your claims are low then you run out of work.
