I have been working at Pilot Catastrophe Services, Inc. full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great people to work for and with. Inside staff is trained to treat the outside adjuster with respect and friendliness. The management is fair and considerate. The management team is made up of predominantly former field Adjusters who understand the pressures and challenges that are unique to The Independent adjuster.

    Cons

During a big event many new hires are brought on to work the inside office. While many of these people are nice most of them do not know what they are doing and make it very difficult to get your job done as an outside person. This is improving as this division grows.

    Advice to Management

I personally have no advice or criticism for the management team. I admire their leadership and commitment to the success of the field adjuster. Best two and a half years of my 14 year career spent working under these people.
