    Will hire inexperienced adjusters when most companies will not

    Cons

    Pay is VERY low. Desk adjusters work 12 hr shifts with just a couple of breaks-no days off- all while management has daily group meetings threatening to fire anyone for anything and how many other people are waiting to take our spots. morale was lower than the pay

    Pilot is a great place to start an adjusting career with excellent training and support. The company is also family owned with good core values.

    Cons

    The nature of an independent adjuster role is on a contract basis so employment cycles are always unknown. Also, opportunity for advancement is limited.

    Pilot has some of the best tools and training for adjusters in the business

    Cons

    There are so many adjusters working with Pilot, it is difficult to get enough experience to stay at the top of their list of adjusters.

    Great place to train for newly licensed adjusters. Pilot is one if the easiest firms to get deployed with when you lack experience.
