Great bosses and co-workers, everybody is there to get the job done and done right. Great pay if you are willing to put in the necessary work and are willing to travel. Excellent 401K

Pros
Lots of free trainings available for new employees. They also provide employee benefits. Pay is great!
Cons
Not the most reliable job as it is based on the weather and the people with the most experience have the leg up to get called to work more. Can take a while to gain the experience necessary to get called to work a lot. Suggest having a side job as well at the beginning. Lots of paperwork for certain clients as well.

Lots of overtime. Great pay after overtime

Micro managed. Clique environment. If you aren't liked by the clique they will not welcome you back.
