    Best company ive ever worked for. Good mgmnt, benefits, bonuses, weekly pay.

    Cons

    Long shifts, high turnover. Hire out instead of within.

    Advice to Management

    Look at your in store employees before hiring out. Listen to your team. Get the problems at start not when they've blown up. Read your employees. There may be hidden issues. Give more credit for positives instesd of addressing the negetives.

    weekly pay, customer interaction, co workers, coffee, team work,

    Cons

    Management shows favoritism, discrimination is not discouraged, harassment is ongoing without consequences, retaliation for bringing up concerns even when entire team agrees, high turnover

    manage and follow up on general managers... hours in store are not during peak business when needed! only work during the day and not as required ! drivers that complete surveys are the same drivers and managers only give things away free to the drivers they know are making complaints

    The team I worked with was like a family. There's a lot of support, and you can always ask a coworker for help. It's busy and never boring.

    Cons

    It's often stressful. It's a customer-service environment and that means you have to deal with disgruntled customers and it's not easy.

    Benefits are excellent. They rarely fire anyone. They do a lot of training To prepare you.

    They do not promote within very often when it comes to management

    This was full time employment with oppurtunity to make a consitent wage with health insurance and 401K option

    Cons

    unfortunatley lead driver wasn't willing to provide schedule with work life balance after almost two years of quality employment that I provided.

    A work-life balance is important to family employees to equal a balance of family values
