    Amazing company to work for

    Pros

    Excellent benefits and great people interested in your growth. Schedules are fantastic and easy to work with. Get to meet the people that keep this country moving the professional drivers.

    Cons

    Training programs are outdated and not well thought out. Performance increases are a blanket across the board and not given out based on your contribution to the company.

    Pros

    The pace of the business. You great people and make good connections with your Guests. You develop a bond with your team

    Cons

    No work/life balance. On call 24/7. Use your own gas/car to pick up supplies or other items for the store. We used to get compensated to go to the bank everyday, but we have to go to the grocery store everyday for fruit and it is further away. No room for advancement. Driver panel - used as punishment instead of helping you fix your problems or elevate on your successes. Drivers blackmail you with it. Moved computer to the sales floor and it takes twice as long to do your paperwork and you get to stand while doing it!!

    Upper management can not be trusted

    Decent bonus. Nothing too outstanding, but decent

    Cons

    The upper management made the job too stressful. They have outright lied to me and my bosses many times. There is no regard for sexual discrimination and ethics. Someone in HR should be watching.

    Pros

    Variety of duties; growing company; largest company in its' industry. Decent pay. Chance to interact with hundreds of visitors weekly.

    Cons

    Can be high pressure. At cashier level, can be boring and tedious. At times there is too much asked of employees. TOO centered on profitability. Corporate cuts way too many hours and attempts to run stores short handed.

    Pros

    Busy, very fast paced environment , you get to meet great customers. It used to be a great place to advance and grow.

    Cons

    Not given nearly enough labor to run a business. Too many things that your bonus is based on that are out of your control. Can't take care of guests when you are running a cash register for half of your day and trying to complete your management duties the other half. Long hours and little appreciation from supervisors. Benefits are mediocre at best.
