      Flexible hours (when sufficiently staffed) Decent wage Benefits

      Cons

      Managers are a mixed bag in terms of quality Hard to contact the general manager Issues are dealt with very slowly Will always prioritize cost saving over properly maintaining store Upper management clearly only cares about the numbers and not it's employees Very poor team coordination, you will often be left to work in your department alone with no help from anyone else in the store Safety and cleanliness is often ignored to prioritize speed, especially alarming during the coronavirus outbreak High turnover rate due to high expectations after day one Tenure means nothing, non management employees who have been with the company for years are valued the same as new hires

      Pros

      on the job training, high expectations from upper management, lots and lots of hours for hourly employee.

      Cons

      mostly high-school and college age employees with attitudes and poor work ethic. often end up picking up others' slack on the job and they maintain their position despite poor performance.

      Pros

      80% diesel drops, no pump experience required, hourly pay, annual raises. Feel appreciated by Upper management. Good place to work.

      Cons

      Rises often dont reflect real inflation rate. Driver facing Camera with audio.

      Pros

      It is a job that is very easy to become passionate about. I loved my job until transferring to another less favorable store. Weekly pay which is nice.

      Cons

      Upper management is super shady. And I don’t just mean the GM, I mean even the regional managers will sweep things under the rug and play favorites. Also, they’ll promise you a decent shift but in reality throw you on swing/graveyard and forget about you there.

      The Store Has To Be Cleaned Inside Out With Upper Management Staff , If You Want To Keep A Clean Good Healthy Spirit I Advise U Not To Get Employed At This Store. Take My Word Their Not Professional At All I’ve Never In My Life 🤞🏽 On A Sunday Morning Seen Anything Like It .They Just A Bunch Of Bodies That’s Trashing The Store Very Very Nasty Store.And Pro At Stealing A Bunch Of Time And Eating A Bunch Pilots Food Their Losing A Bunch Of Money🥺

      Good friendly people, varied career advancement opportunities, classified as part time but work full time hours

      Cons

      Upper management has little empathy for employees, no holiday pay if you dont work on a holiday, raises are hard to come by beyond the obligatory 3% raise.

      Upper management doesn’t care about the people who work under them. Customers are rude. Very fast paced. Can’t take breaks, most of the time.

      Good benefits, good $ depending in your position.

      Cons

      The upper management such as G.M , regionals, district managers allow alot of things to go on that shouldn't be. Gm's do what they want and treat employees horribly. Bad favoritism, no type of work ethic, G.M's & management talk badly about team members and management to whole store H.R. doesn't care. When you call them to complain I Was told oh well they can do what they want and it's just not a good comony to work for. The whole comony on every level is LIARS and even have employees lie to upper management during visits, they will blame employees for things they didnt do if they dont like you to get you fired. Run from this comony I am.
