I worked at Pinkberry full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Corporate office was ambitious and aggressive in a progressive way. I learned how to become a go-getter myself. The office culture is competitive and friendly. I remember once where the office came to our store and worked there for a day to learn about what goes on in the field. It communicated to me that they cared about practical things.

    Cons

It was a hard job. I remember working some ridiculous hours, but that really comes with the job of a general manager. When I was at Pinkberry it was one of their busiest times so I don't know if the current workers can understand what I'm talking about... Let's just say there used to be 50 people in line and 50 people waiting for their order. It was insane. That really isn't a con, but I needed to fill in space.

I have been working at Pinkberry part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great Work EXPERiENCE!, Opportunities for growth, Free shift meal, Very easy job as a supervisor and team member.

    Cons

Depending where your store is customers can be very picky and rude with there yogurt. I worked at both the beverly center and studio city Pinkberry and i hated the customers at beverly center. I customers at studio city are great though!

After a while this job become a routine, as if you were working at a factory, so i wouldn't advise you to stay too long.

    Advice to Management

You might get a bad manager or you might get a good one, it all depends on your luck. Same as every job.

I worked at Pinkberry part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The people, and managers were great!
I loved everything about working here
free small w/ toppings during shift

I would still be there but the location was too far from where I lived and I was paying more in tolls and gas than what I was bringing home. Truly miss it and the people.

    Cons

Nasty tourists due to mall setting
    No employee discount

    Advice to Management

Employees should be given a discount always, not just a free small on shift.
nasty foreigners due to large mall
